1.  I follow up with you after every showing and I will send you progress reports so you know what is going on with your housing market competition. Feedback after a showing is the most important part of marketing your home.  *Did you know~NO FEEDBACK is one of the biggest complaints from sellers?  Most agents do NOT give you the feedback after a showing.  This is a useful tool in establishing the negatives and positives from a buyer !  I analyze the comments from showings , speak to the agent about the buyers objections and counter any objections from the buyers agent.

2. Need help staging your home for the sale?  I am an accredited home staging specialist.  I offer this service "free" when you list with me!

3. An open house when your property is first placed on the market can be very important.  I do conduct open houses and your home will have an open house.  There are some agents that do not believe in open houses, I do.

4.  I market your home in every issue of the Homes magazine and many web sites.
